Lost in Mayhem

Lost in Mayhem is written with 3 distinct section. The A section acts as a returning point for the B and C sections, almost like a Rondo. This section returns each time with slight variation, giving something new for the performers to prepare for and the audience to listen for. The B section is in the style of slow dance in 4, with flowing lines in the lower voices and melodic lines going from the Soprano to the Alto saxophone. The C section is similarly slow and flowing, but in a minor key with much darker implications. This piece is written for saxophone sextet, with two Alto and Tenor parts.
